Feel free to watch and meet/listen to my family share words and feelings that aren't always said. It's important to be mindful of the people in your life and the joy they bring, takes only a second to say something and to make someones day. 

My sister never asks for anyone help and never has a bad thing to say of anyone. It only made sense to get the most important people in her life together to do the same.
